Return eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must meet the following conditions:
• Be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
• Be unworn, unused, and in original condition
• Include all original tags and packaging
• Be free from damage, marks, or signs of wear
• Socks, underwear, and water bottles cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons
Packaging your return:
Please return items using the original post satchel or box. If you no longer have the original packaging, you’ll need to source suitable packaging at your own expense. If reusing the original satchel/box, please ensure the original shipping label is completely removed or covered.
Return processing:
• Please allow up to 14 working days from the time your return is received for it to be assessed and processed.
• Once processed, you’ll receive an email notification confirming your refund.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
