Returns can take up to 10 business days to be processed from the date the parcel has been received by the warehouse.
However we ask to allow 21 working days for Australian and New Zealand returns to be received and processed.
All returns will be processed back onto the same payment method you used to purchase. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.
If you do not receive an email within the 21 working days from the time your parcel was sent back to advise of your refund, please fill out the below email form with the relevant details and our team will be in-contact within 3 working days.
