Online returns need to be manually checked and reviewed to ensure the quality matches what was specified on the return form before they can be refunded.
Returns usually take up to 5 business days to be processed from the date the parcel has been received by the warehouse.
During peak times between Nov-Jan when return volumes are extremely high please allow up to 10 business days.
For NZ order please allow an extra 5 days in addition to the quoted time above due to extra manual work required.
All returns will be processed back onto the same payment method you used to purchase. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.
