You've lost or damaged the original box containing your items? Don't worry, you can return your items in any weatherproof satchel or box. Most post offices provide these. Please be advised that this does not pertain to any individual product packaging. Items such as shoes and slides must be returned in their original shoe boxes in order to be accepted and eligible for a refund.
