Return eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must meet the following conditions:
- Be returned within 30 days of the delivery date, If your order was ordered more than 30 days ago, contact us for help returning it.
- Be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
- Include all original tags and packaging.
- Be free from damage, marks, or signs of wear.
- Socks, underwear, and water bottles cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
- We're unable to exchange online purchases. Start a return above to return your purchase and place a new order for the desired item you would like to exchange for.
- Online purchases cannot be returned in-store or to our warehouse.
- Please use original box/satchel to return your items. If it's damaged or lost, click here
- If using the original box/satchel, please remove or completely cover/obscure the original shipping label.
Packaging your return:
Please return items using the original post satchel or box. If you no longer have the original packaging, you’ll need to source suitable packaging at your own expense. If reusing the original satchel/box, please ensure the original shipping label is completely removed or covered.
Return processing
- Please allow up to 14 working days from the time your return is received for it to be assessed and processed.
- Once processed, you’ll receive an email notification confirming your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
